Antique Vintage German Glass Christmas Ornament-Boy with Hands in Pocket NP -R3
When we say VINTAGE, we mean that this piece was produced between 1890 and 1940 – The “Golden Age of Christmas Ornaments”. When we say ANTIQUE, we mean any ornament produced more than 25 years ago. When we say OP – OLD PRODUCTION, we mean that this piece was made utilizing the original glass blowing methods, paints and molds. When we say NP – NEW PRODUCTION, we mean that this piece was made using the original molds, but utilizing the new glass and painting techniques. When we use the term R – RARITY SCALE, R-1 is the most rare piece as defined by John Lightner and George Johnson. R-4 is the most common. “Boy with Hands in Pockets” NP – R3. The boy is wearing a Red cap and a Red shirt. His eyes are Black and mouth is Red. The suit is Pearl White. No holes, chips or cracks. A great ornament for your Grandson!
