Typically the head is only one sided, but this example has a smiling and sad face on opposite sides. Also, the ornament has two long curving extensions/arms – very unusual!! The ornament is painted in a pearly white color with pink highlights on the hat, with rosy cheeks and mouth. It remains in excellent condition with minor paint rubs at the high points.
