3 boxes of 12 each totaling 36 ornaments…. 14 are bells (2.75″ tall) the others spheres (3″ tall) Beautifully decorated West Germany Glass Christmas Ornaments Assorted Pastels with gold glitter decoration They’d decorate a beautiful Easter tree or a Victorian Christmas tree. All but one gold bottom row middle box… Shiny has a soft satin finish… Lovely glittered patterns are repeated all around the ornaments. I think these are from the early 1970’s. Pastel Shades of: Teal Green, Teal Blue, Lavender, Peach, and Creamy Pale Gold They are pretty in the pics… BUT stunning in hand! I see some tiny little dark specks or dots on the glass and tiny areas of discoloration on the glittered fabric trim on a few the 3 lavender bells in the middle box have a ring around each slightly darker… They do not look at all damaged… Almost as though a ribbon was once tied around them and later removed? The only significant wear is on the top middle green ornament in the 3rd box on the right in the photos showing 3 boxes lined up….. I think someone removed the fabric from the center taking some little specks of the satin finish…. Even this ornament is still lovely and I’d put on the front of my tree! The sparkle is magnificent… Yet, I can’t capture it in my photos! I’ve seen similar styles of these made by several companies. These are my favorite. The fancy gold tops marked West Germany… Add to their lush rich appearance. These will come packed for safe storage in a good old 1960’s cellophaned top SB box and a green and tan 1940’s SB WW2 box with damage to one side of the top…. And a Fantasia Poland bottom with a makeshift Neiman Marcus top. Enough ornaments to make a nice showing on your tree! I have many beautiful items to list….
