Occupied Japan (1940s) Rare Antique Feather Tree Blow Glass Ornament Set. Includes Rare / Unusual Shapes with Stars & Stripes Embossed Designs, 1 1/2 in diameter. Here is a beautiful set of rare and harder to find Japanese Feather Tree ornaments made in the 1940s (to early 1950s), in the original box bottom marked “Occupied Japan”. Set includes four RARE shapes with Embossed Stars and Stripes (highly sought after by collectors) along with eight larger and equally collectible single indent ornaments with embossed stars on their backs. These blown glass Christmas decorations are in great vintage condition. Very pretty grouping, would look amazing on a white or silver feather tree. As expected with ornaments from this era these blown glass beauties have some patina in the form of loss of paint and silvering, darkening of the glass at the necks and aging to the caps.
