Wonderful early double sided Dresden rabbit in a glass cup Christmas ornament. Beautiful golden Dresden rabbit sits perched inside a open golden glass cup surrounded by old shredded paper. The glass cup has old tinsel around the edge, thin wire wrapping , curly wired tinsel at pike and there is a large clip on pike. Dresden rabbit has some age spots / soiling on both sides, some separation on one ear and the way he is secured in cup he leans to one side. Glass has some vintage paint loss, some loose or broken wires and may have some spotting or scratches. 5 1/4 L with clip. Rare and unique piece to add to your collection. Wonderful double sided gold Dresden rabbit in a golden glass egg ornament. Beautiful Victorian ornament has a golden glass open egg base that is wire wrapped with tinsel trim around the edge and shredded paper inside. The glass is on an old clip with curled tinsel at the base. Coming out of the egg is a double sided golden Dresden rabbit that is secured into the egg. Rabbit has creases at base of ears and paper separation on ears, some paper rub offs and spotting. Glass egg has some paint loss and loose or broken wires. 5 1/2 L from tip of ears to clip.
