Fanciful ornaments, sometimes with arms, holding additional ornaments, are referred to as Fantasy Ornaments. This Fantasy Ornament has a glass pine cone with 2 arms. 2 glass arms are holding 6 polka dot glass balls. I added the 6 vintage glass balls, with copper wire. These balls are not original to this Fantasy Ornament. These 6 balls are original vintage ornaments. Fantasy Ornament and polka dot balls have been stored in a box for decades. I don’t know the exact year these ornaments were made. Pine cone is a deep reddish pink, with some silver color. Sphere at the top is a silver color. Arms are a turquoise and silver color. 3 gold polka dot balls. 2 pink polka dot balls. 1 red polka dot ball. Dots are white on the balls. Please ignore the reflection of my white photo tent, lights and black camera lens in the photos. Ornament Length – from top of hook, to far end of a glass ball – 5 1/4 or 13.3 cm. Pine Cone Length – from top of hook, to end of pine cone – 4 or 10.2 cm. Diameter of silver sphere at top, and diameter of 6 hanging balls – 3/4 or 1.9 cm. CONDITION & OTHER DETAILS. Pine cone and arms are in good condition, I don’t see any cracks or chips. Color missing in some areas on the pine cone, arms & balls, with silver showing underneath. The balls have chips on the neck area. Darker areas on the neck of the balls and neck of silver sphere. The neck of the sphere is partially transparent, and the hook holder can be seen through the neck. Spotting on the balls and the silver sphere. Some crazing on the balls. As mentioned above, I added 6 polka dot balls with copper wire. I just created a simple hook on each end of the wire. So you can easily remove these 6 balls if you like. Patina on the hook holder. I have not removed the hook holder, so I don’t know the condition of the ornament under the hook holder. I don’t see any words on the hook holder. Overall, this is a beautiful colorful vintage Fantasy Ornament. Your Fantasy Ornament will be packaged very carefully. I will remove the 2 side ornaments, with the 6 balls, and wrap them separately from the pine cone and arms. I think this will help to make sure the ornament arrives safely. 2 cute little TWINS… Blown Glass Christmas Ornaments made in Germany each measures 2 7/8 each wearing a polka dot clown suit with ruffled neck and contrasting toboggan shaped cap both with hands in their pockets and big smiles on their faces! One dressed in red cap with green neck ruffle and red polka dots… The other dressed in green cap, with red neck ruffle and green and red polka dot suit… He has a little silver loss in the forehead area Both have nicely painted features “light” silvering fade… Color and lacquer very good for age and both are very eye catching… They’ll be a delight to “children” of all ages!
