Twelve beautiful Unsilvered Surgared and Unsilvered Outside Painted Glass Fruit Christmas Ornaments from Germany. Circa early 1900’s to early 1940’s. In vintage ornament storage box. Six beautiful late Victorian to early 1900’s Unsilvered Glass Fruit Christmas Ornaments from Germany. Golden Raspberry very pale white raspberry with bumps called droplets with pink blush 2.75″ x 1.5″. Blueberry a soft blue with bumpy skinned berry that has a a pink blush a bit of ink on back see photo #4 2.5″ x 1.75″. Bunch of Grapes off white grapes with pink blush 3″ x 1.5″. Peach pale yellow peach with a pink blush with a molded peach crease 3″ x 2″. Apple pale yellow apple with a reddish blush with a painted black dot at the bottom 2.5″ x 2″. Pear pale yellow pear with a reddish pink blush with a painted black dot at the bottom 3″ x 2″. The paint of these six fabulous ornaments has just a touch of fine cotton fiber mixed in for a soft finish. Six beautiful early 1920’s to early 1940’s Unsilvered Outside Painted Glass Fruit Christmas Ornaments from Germany. A large purplish bumpy berry. 2.75″ x 2″. Strawberry a large, luscious red berry with visible seeds 2.5″ x 2.5″. Apple a large juicy red apple 2.75″ x 2.25″. Lemon a pale yellow lemon with a textured, bumpy rind has some small areas of paint wear 2″ x 1.5″. Small Orange or Clementine nice shade of orange with a textured, bumpy rind has some small areas of paint wear 2″ x 1.5″. Gooseberry a deep ginger-orange berry with a textured, bumpy rind 2″ x 1.5″. This box of antique German Christmas ornaments is a treasure to have in your collection. Considering their age these ornaments are in wonderful antique condition. I have checked each ornament and there or no chips or breaks. I have taken 10 photos of the ornaments and of the vintage storage box. Please examine and enlarge each photo before making your decision. The vintage ornament box is not original to these ornament. Lot 17 Antique Glass German Christmas Figural Ornaments Spun Cotton Pear Peach

For your consideration today, German antique glass figural ornaments, one one clip on Czech ornament Dutch girl, four spun cotton German fruits covered in delicious mica. The fruots have a few spots some white, some black. Standing elephant has silver loss in the top half of the ornament, the paint details are mostly intact, and his cap is secure on an intact pike, stamped Germany. There is a cicken house ornament with the rooster walking up the stairs to the entry. There are tree branches highlighting the reverse side. There is silver loss, tears cap sits evenly on the pike, no chips noted. A chocolate faced clown dressed in silver, black and red has some paint chips but that doesnt affect the fun of the ornament. Dear Victorian spaniel dog in a sack ornament is embellished with the saying “My Darling”. The mold is just amazing you can see the dogs fur locks despite silvering missing it is so charming. The lemon is not silvered and the cap stamped Germany. A few tiny mouse bites of paint missing. The Ditch girl clip on is almost perfect and the clip is secured for display on your tree. Tiny baby carriage with metal hanger is covered in Venetian dew. It has creases on the wheels on both sides of the foil cardboard ornament. Sweet tiny teddy clown has paint and silver missing, again, the early detailed mold is so detailed and outstanding with clown ruff, clown suit and buttons, the missing features aren’t a distraction. Cap sits cleanly on pike, no damage noted. Watermelon slice has gorgeous detail seeds and much loss of mercury , one side shows more of the pink watermelon color than the other. It too has a firm hanger. Tiny glittered church is unmarked and has a wire hanger. Bumpy red berry ornament has paint loss and a marked cap but I cannot make it our. Tiny feather tree ornament has a chipped pike, never has a cap but does have original metal hanger. Tiny goldfish is just precious, so small and his hanger is intact no chips but some paint loss. No international sales, I’m sorry. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description. We have cats but are non-smoking household. 1920 to 1929 hard to find painted fruit….. Especially in this size and condition! They’re usually scratched from years of hanging on trees…. I don’t think these have been used… From a collector who kept her ornaments packed away! 3 Antique Blown Glass German Small Feather Tree Christmas Ornaments yellow with pink/peach blush the yellow is not as bright as it shows in some of the pics.. These have a satin finish… Soft shine 1 5/8″ to 2″ diameter 1 7/8″ to 2 1/8″ height These are prettily painted little ornaments and in especially nice condition. One tiny speck on one (smallest) as shown these will certainly brighten up your tree. I have many beautiful items to list… Some fun and unusual as well… Please keep checking in my Christmas Store!
