Antique German goose feather tree has 5 tiered, 32 in height from base to top, 19 inches is the width of widest branches. Bare spots in some branches. Berry loss on tips. Feather branches are brittle. Light wear on red ornaments. Some loss on mercury glass garland beads. I stored the tree decorated, in an inside closet in my house. This wonderful little tree has some feather loss but still has a few berries on it and shows well for its age! 14-small red mercury glass ornaments, some marked Japan on caps. 2- Mercury Glass garland beads 1-red and 1-silver. 1-tree topper red and silver mercury glass beads and ornaments silver and red beaded wreath. 2- small sets of clear lights. Antique German Mercury Blown Art Glass Goose Christmas Ornament. Silver Goose with Blue Wings & Hook – RARE. I n excellent condition. With some discoloration and l oss of silvering. Pictures do not do this ornament justice. All silver with blue wings and annealed hook. Feet and legs and beak are a red-orange color. The silver body is like a mirror and is reflecting everything in the room so it appears to have. More discoloration than there actually is. Circa 1920’s – 1930’s, Germany. Measures 2.5″ high, 3″ long and 2 wide. Has the original blue & white paper label. No chips, no cracks, no repairs. Has an annealed hook to hang ornament.
