Released by Christopher Radko for Disney collectors in 1998. Excellent Ever so gently Pre-loved like New condition, no chips, crazing or cracks visible. The star hanger (made of wire, holds the metal “North Star” charm) is open at the bottom, that’s how the tags were removed & replaced. Elderly couple displayed this piece, for several years, so it’s Technically, “used”, but It’s clear gleam and perfection lean it more towards “New- Other”.
