I started a collection of Russian glass Christmas ornaments in the early 2000s and have amassed probably 75 or so. A friend forwarded an article about ultra-rare Christmas ornaments and there was my pig! This is from the article on outdoorrevival. Com. Although this glass ornament intended for Christmas and New Year’s celebrations has a little chipping under the cap, it’s considered rare enough that this kind of damage only slightly lowers its value. Well, the ornament I have is in absolute MINT CONDITION. No cracks or chipped paint. The ornament ring at the top seems to be glued-it was like that when I got it-and the star hook looks original.
Rare Christopher Radko ornament. Called “Moon Ride” features a clown like figure. Straddle on the full moon, which has a face. Hand crafted and painted this ornament is featured on page 133. In Radko’s book. The ornaments manufacture number is: 94-060-0. Dimensions: Length: 6″; 5 3/4″ not including the bale/ loop. No chips or cracks. There is no box with this.
