WHITE HOUSE CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS COMPLETE SET. You are purchasing a COMPLETE SET OF 38 WHITE HOUSE CHRISTMAS ORNEMENTS beginning in 1981 through 2019. These ornaments have never been used. Each ornament beginning in 1983, comes with paperwork and the story of the ornament. The year 1982 is the exception, as it was a gift within a program at an event in Washington D. Which I attended, I provided a courtesy box for same. These ornaments began quite simply as a two dimensional verdigris angel. As they evolved through today, they have become works of art in three dimensions consisting of gold plating, ceramic, cut glass, and enamel inlays. Please note the years 1981 & 1982 are in the original rich verdigris form. In the year 2015 the White House Historical Association began issuing registration numbers with each ornament. The photos above do not convey the intricacy, nor the delicacy of these beautiful ornaments. Also, as E-Bay permits the use of only12 photos I can give only a tiny sampling of the overall set, its really beautiful. This offering includes this years 2019 ornament.
