24 count all are a matching set of 2. (Stands are NOT included). Made from heavy duty glass. I may have missed some scuffs/scratches but I tried to find the most noticeable ones as shown in the photos. Please view the close up photos that are off the stands to see the scuffs/scratches. 5 of the tops may have been glued back on they are not straight. It is possible it’s from the factory as well. The large round bulbs are 4″ bulbs-the smaller ones are approximately 3″.
