This is a stunning Nordstrom blown glass Christmas Ornament. This beautiful ornament is in the original decorative box, and is from The 1996 Nordstrom Collection/Sonja Blomdahl. It is a rich, gold glass ball with an applied red spiral. It has a green loop for hanging and is signed and dated on the gold glass. It is about 5″ tall, and about 3 1/2″ in diameter. Nordstrom Ad: For the second in our series of collectible ornaments, we turned to renowned glass artist Sonja Blomdahl. The simple refined shapes she creates are the perfect foil for her dazzling color. Each handblown ornament is an original, individually created and signed by the artist. Sonja Blomdahl’s studio is located in Seattle, Washington, the art glass capital of the United States. This lovely ornament is in very good, yet not perfect, preowned condition. There are no chips or cracks but there are some small imperfections as are normal with age and in hand blown glass. Please keep in mind not all slight/minimal imperfections can be captured in the photos. The ornament comes in it’s original decorative Nordstrom box which is in very good condition as well.
