Offering an antique German Kugel Ornament. This great old blown glass grape cluster is large and heavy. It measures approximately 6″ x 4″ and weighs 9 ounces. This lovely figural decoration from the late 1800’s was hung from the ceiling or curtain rods; not just for holidays, but often year-round.. It preceded the kugels that followed, which were smaller, lighter weight, and created to be hung on Christmas tress. This is the real thing, not a decanter made more recently that are similar in look. It is in perfect condtion, but missing its original hanger chain.
