I found 2 of these ornaments together. They are a hand blown spiral snake or icicle shape with molded head. This is the second one with a bit less original paint from wear and there is a small break near the opening. Its still attached but needs to be stabilized. I left it alone but assume a small amount of glue would secure it. Measures roughly 7 inches long.
