12 Vtg 40’s Christmas Mica Glass Ornaments Shiny Brite Top Lantern 3 unsilvered. Here is a box with 12 assorted vintage 1940’s – 1950’s glass Christmas tree ornaments. Variety of lanterns, tops, trees, balls. Nine are silver and three are unsilvered, all with colorful painted stripes and mica trim and four also have confetti glitter. The ornament box is provided for storage and none of the ornaments are original to this box. Size ranges from approx. 2 1/4″ to 3 1/2″. The ornaments range in good to fair condition, all showing a range of aging, paint wear, fading, spotting. May be some pike nicks under the caps. No musty or smoke odor. Bright white spots and dark areas in my pictures are camera glare and reflections. I have turned the ornaments in my pictures to show different sides. 6 ribbed tops: the 3 tops with confetti glitter (one is unsilvered) have caps marked Made In U. The other 3 caps are marked Shiny Brite Made In U. A – 2 unsilvered trees, caps are marked U. 1 bell with confetti glitter, cap marked Made In U. 1 top with front and back indents, cap marked Shiny Brite Made In U. 1 ball with front and back indents, cap marked Shiny Brite Made In U. 1 ball, unmarked cap. The vintage ornament box has wear, two torn lid corners. Not be original to any of the ornaments, just provided for storage. Store inventory number 4524.
